About me

I’m Samara Sauer, a Registered Nutritional Therapist for Women & Families with a clinical, evidence-informed approach to health and nutrition. I have a deep passion for helping people understand what’s really going on in their bodies — from hormones and fertility to digestion, metabolism and life-stage transitions.

My training includes a four-year degree-level qualification credit-rated by the University of Greenwich, with a full year of supervised clinical practice working with real clients and interpreting functional tests such as blood markers, hormones and genetic data. I am professionally registered with the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and accredited by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), ensuring you receive care that meets UK professional standards.

I have lived in the Cotswolds since 2021, where I balance clinic work with family life. Becoming a mum has deepened my appreciation for practical, sustainable health strategies that work in real life — not just in theory. I’m driven by clarity, clinical rigour and compassionate guidance, so you can make informed decisions about your health with confidence.

I support clients both in person (Chipping Norton & Burford area) and online across the UK and internationally. Whether you’re navigating hormonal imbalance, preparing for pregnancy, managing a chronic concern, or simply want to feel more energised and resilient, my goal is to help you uncover the root causes and build personalised strategies that last.
