About me

My interest in nutrition began through working in community health programmes in Nicaragua, where I supported initiatives focused on preventing chronic disease in children.

This experience shaped my understanding of how powerful nutrition and lifestyle can be — not only in managing symptoms, but in supporting long-term health.

I later trained as a registered Nutritional Therapist, with a focus on evidence-based and functional approaches to health.

Today, I work with women and families who want a clear, structured and realistic approach to improving their health — without the confusion of conflicting advice.

I primarily support:

  • Women navigating hormonal changes, fatigue or digestive issues
  • Those preparing for pregnancy or recovering postpartum
  • Families who want to build strong nutritional foundations for their children
  • Individuals looking to support their long-term health and prevent future issues

My work is not about quick fixes or restrictive plans.

It’s about helping you understand your health, make informed decisions, and feel confident in how you support your body and your family over time.

If you feel that something isn’t quite right with your health, you’re very welcome to get in touch to explore how I can support you.
